Coronavirus Delays

Due to the Corona Pandemic, Australia Post are experiences delays.

When purchasing orders, please give sufficient time.

All Australian orders will be processed on a Tuesday via Australia Post or Courier options.

This excludes orders placed on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address so please ensure you have provided the correct details. Our warehouse is located in Melbourne, Australia, therefore shipping times will vary depending on your location.

Dispatch: 

Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive a dispatch confirmation e-mail including the tracking details of your parcel.

Please allow us 1-2 business days to dispatch (pick & pack) your order. Orders are processed and generally delivered within 1-2 business days (WA 2-3 business days). There can be the occasional courier delays which may slightly affect the delivery time frame. 

Delivery delays may occur during high volume and peak periods (such as Christmas) or due to unforeseen reasons. During these times, please allow an additional 3 business days for your order to be delivered. In the event that your order is affected by delay, we will contact you directly. Please note, we do not ship on the weekend or Public holidays.

Tracking:
All orders require a signature on delivery, therefore please ensure your delivery address is attended during business hours. Business addresses are preferred. Once dispatched a unique tracking number will be provided by email.

Au79 offers a flat rate of $15 is charged on any single unit order. Additional cost apply for orders exceeding 500 grams in weight. 

Au79 delivers nationwide via Australia Post e-satchels and offers Standard Shipping & express shipping options at check out for $25.00.

For express, orders must strictly be placed before 8am (on the order date) and are delivered with in 48 hours. This does not include orders placed late afternoon Thursday or Friday. Weekends will not be included in the 48 hours window.
